In this week's release we have some improvements and a bug fix for Insight. Read on to find out more. 

What has been improved?

Insight: Follow Up Survey Sends

At TRP we are constantly monitoring our software to make sure that you are getting the optimum amount of feedback from your members through Insight. We have noticed that because it is not always possible to send a follow up at exactly 21 days, for example, due to a member receiving a survey in the last 7 days, we can improve your feedback by extending the follow up period to 35 days. For the majority of cases members will receive the follow up survey 21 days after they have been successfully followed up with on the Todo page but for a few they might receive it a few days later. You may notice in the next few days a small increase in the number of survey sends due to this extended period for follow up surveys.

What has been fixed?

Insight bug fix: Executive Summary Emails
Executive Summary emails only contain information on Relational Surveys. If you didn't have Relational surveys enabled then the Executive Summary email appeared empty. This has been changed so that no Executive Summary email will be sent if you don't have a Relational survey. We do our best to make sure that we are only sending you emails which are relevant to you.
